Who we are
Remote Sales Academy (“RSA”, “we”, “us”) is a UK-based business run by its founder, Sam. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about your data at remotesalesacademy.rsa@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your first name, email address, Instagram username (if you give it), your current work or study situation, what interests you about remote sales, your programme preference and your consent to be contacted.
If you join a programme, we also hold the information you share with us during sessions, your progress notes, any call or video recordings you send us for feedback, and records of payments you make.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange an initial conversation.
- To deliver your programme, including coaching sessions, feedback and career support.
- To manage payments and keep the business records the law requires.
- To make introductions to industry contacts, only when you have agreed to each one.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Our lawful bases
We use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering a contract (your enquiry), to perform our contract with you (your programme), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving RSA, to comply with legal obligations such as tax record-keeping, and with your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run RSA, including our website form provider (Formspree), email (Google), video calls and screen recording tools (such as Loom), and our payment provider. They only process your information to provide their service to us. Some are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States, and we rely on recognised legal safeguards for those transfers. This website also loads fonts from Google, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to you joining a programme, we delete your details within 12 months. If you join, we keep your information for as long as you are a student and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, normally up to six years.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email remotesalesacademy.rsa@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

Programme Terms
Last updated: 8 November 2026
These terms apply when you join a Remote Sales Academy (“RSA”) programme. RSA is a UK-based business run by its founder, Sam. Contact: remotesalesacademy.rsa@gmail.com.
1. The programmes
We offer two programmes, Foundation and Premium, as described on this website. Both are delivered live, one-to-one and online. A programme typically runs for around two months, with around two sessions per week. The exact content and schedule are tailored to you and confirmed before you start.
2. Price and payment
Because each programme is tailored to the individual, the price is agreed with you directly and confirmed in writing before you commit. Your confirmation will also set out when payment is due. We may pause sessions if a payment is overdue.
3. Sessions
We will agree session times with you. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice may not be rearranged. If we need to cancel a session, we will rearrange it at no cost to you.
4. Your right to cancel
As our programmes are sold at a distance, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day you agree to join, without giving a reason. To cancel, email remotesalesacademy.rsa@gmail.com.
If you ask us to start your programme within those 14 days and then cancel, we will refund what you have paid minus a fair amount for the sessions and support already delivered. Once your programme has been fully delivered, the right to cancel no longer applies.
5. Refunds
Apart from your 14-day cancellation right above, payments are non-refundable once your programme has started. This does not affect your other legal rights. For example, if we fail to deliver the programme as agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy, and if we cancel your programme we will refund any sessions not delivered.
6. No guarantee of results
We provide training, mentorship and, on Premium, career support and introductions. We cannot guarantee that you will secure a role, a particular income or particular commission. Results depend on your effort, ability and decisions, and on employers and third parties outside our control.
7. Introductions
Premium introductions to industry contacts are made in good faith. We do not control those contacts or their decisions, and any opportunity or agreement with them is between you and them.
8. Your responsibilities
Please attend sessions on time, complete agreed practice, and treat mentors and anyone we introduce you to with respect. We may end a programme without refund for abusive or seriously inappropriate behaviour.
9. Materials
Scripts, templates and other materials we provide are for your personal use while learning and working. Please do not share, resell or publish them.
10. Our liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for loss of income, earnings or opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Your information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Notice.
12. General
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in place when you join. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
